Describe how you prepare it?

Well completely normal, but do mine with rapeseed oil, turn on the stove top, put the meat in until it's done, then let it cool down to room temperature and then put it in the tupper box and fridge

For my part, I prefer to eat it warm.
You are gone and your place is empty now. And the memory of you kindles the pain

Apart from that, you can put them in a "roasting tube" with a little broth or herbs etc. and then put them in the oven ... * yummii *

I see that too!

I even sear the meat in the pan so that it turns brown on the outside. Then it is circulated in the oven at about 100 ° for about 10 minutes, then tastes super juicy and has the "effect" of the pan - that's the best way to do it with mri

Chicken always warm, tastes best!

Hey
I know exactly what you mean. I also hate reheated chicken. Can really only eat it if it is mixed with a lot of other food, so that I don't have the pure meat taste in my mouth.
And for me that is not due to the preparation or anything else. Also always stored in the refrigerator!

if you don't have an oven you can sear the chicken on medium heat until it's nice and crispy and then just turn the heat down and put a lid on the pan. is always nice and juicy with me and very tasty!

I think cold meat just tastes like the sole of a shoe. The best thing to do is to tip the sauce over and get it over with. How about it to take @ TE instead of meat quark or something like that?

I find pork (roast) very tasty in thin slices as a topping on bread.
Schnitzel cold on bread is also a classic.

Chicken would also be too fibrous for me to cut thinly. But I've also eaten cooked chicken cold (but just "fresh"), lightly marinated with olive oil and lemon and that was also delicious (when it had to be very quick)

For my part, I always fry about 800g of chicken and then put it in a Tupperware box in the fridge.
Depending on whether I eat it at work or at home, it is eaten cold or warm.
Usually lasts 3 - 4 days and have not yet felt any strange tastes ^^.
So I think that something was wrong with the meat or you are really n gourmet with his
eat really pinibel is: P

I've also noticed that warmed up chicken has such a strong chicken taste, much stronger than freshly cooked. I don't think you can do anything about it, so it's better to eat it right after frying.

So I experimented something. Fresh chicken from the butcher (Walk). Prepared yesterday, bought on Saturday, wasn't frozen.

Put the meat in the oven at 220 degrees Celsius for about 20 minutes, then smeared with barbecue sauce one minute before you put it out. The meat tasted fantastic fresh just awesome.

Then cut the rest of the meat into small pieces and put it in the Tupperware box with pasta. Let them cool and then put them over in the fridge.

Absolutely inedible at noon today tried it cold and warm. No matter how it had that hideous taste. Where the hell is that coming from ???? How do you get that you can eat chicken on the second day? I can't remember having anything as repulsive in my mouth as chicken on the second day.

Can it be that the meat goes bad overnight?

Poultry no longer tastes really good once it has been warmed up, regardless of whether it is turkey or chicken breast.

For this reason, I always eat the meat cold for my lunch, while I reheat the other ingredients (potatoes / rice / vegetables) in the micro as usual.

The problem is that it tastes just as disgusting cold. My wife has a recipe for a marinade that strangely enough, I can eat it without any problems

So today I ate my chicken + noodle + broccoli again from 3 days ago.
Always do it in the pan over medium heat and have the meat from the net. There are 600g packs ...
Let the meat cool for 30 minutes in the open Tupperware with noodle and co. Then it goes into the fridge.

Sometimes you catch pieces that are more delicious but until now it has never been bad 2-3 days later.
But would always put it in the fridge.
